  4. How can I expect the same level of service from a company that isn't based locally?
The types of service issues that require an on site visit are limited to your local service, and would therefore be handled by your local telephone company.  Service issues relating to your long distance are handled by an entire division of our most experienced Customer Care Representatives, who are dedicated to servicing Canadian customers only.
